Does FlexEquip provide equipment to MND NSW members aged 65 years old who have long term equipment needs?
Our developers found the cause and fix for the site issues experienced this week. Thank you for your patience while the issues were resolved.
FlexEquip is experiencing some intermittent site issues commencing 2 March 2016. If you are having trouble submitting the online referral form please contact FlexEquip.
In response to feedback from health professionals, FlexEquip has reviewed and relaunched the FlexEquip online referral form.
If a repair is required with an item of FlexEquip equipment, FlexEquip staff need to be notified as soon as possible so we can arrange repair with the appropriate service company.
FlexEquip has over 1,960 items of equipment. These items are only provided after an assessment has been made by an appropriate heath professional and the health professional has submitted a written referral.
Health professionals can make an online referral to FlexEquip by using the FlexEquip online referral form.
