Possible delays with couriers due to current COVID-19 lockdown

Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown there are, as you would be aware, increasing requirements for people who deliver goods and services across the state, particularly in crossing between Greater Sydney and our regional communities.
For this reason, we would like to advise that there may be some additional delays over coming weeks in delivering and collecting equipment from our FlexEquip service.
Our delivery partners are continuing to provide services and are required to work within all current health advice and orders. Read more...

FlexEquip continued service and COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 virus we are monitoring and following advice of the NSW Ministry of Health about the coronavirus (COVID-19) to continue to provide our service with the safety of individuals in mind. Updated FlexEquip Price List effective 12 November 2019

The FlexEquip Assistive Technology (Aids and Equipment) Rental List has recently been updated and is effective from 12 November 2019.

The updated rental list does not impact FlexEquip equipment provision for people with MND aged 65 years and over who are not NDIS participants.

Repairs of FlexEquip equipment

If a repair is required with an item of FlexEquip equipment, FlexEquip staff need to be notified as soon as possible so we can arrange repair with the appropriate service company.

June update

FlexEquip has over 1,960 items of equipment. These items are only provided after an assessment has been made by an appropriate heath professional and the health professional has submitted a written referral.
